Your audit enquiry
We save the business details, email and report you submit so we can handle your enquiry. The separate homepage checker also collects a contact name and can record an optional human callback request about your audit and our website, SEO and reputation management services. This is not a newsletter signup or paid subscription. No automated AI call is authorised by either form. No report email is automatically sent in this pilot.
Visibility checks and AI reports
For a visibility audit, we send your public business name, address and selected keywords to DataForSEO to obtain Google and AI search results. We send a limited summary of those public results to Google Gemini through DataForSEO to generate an explanatory report. Your enquiry email is stored with Groundstone's audit record and is not included in the AI report prompt. These providers may process data internationally. Reports are AI-generated and can contain mistakes; review the underlying evidence before acting.
Service providers and security
This site uses hosted infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. A DNS lookup service checks website addresses before the homepage checker visits them. Hosting providers process information to operate and secure the service; processing may take place outside your country. We use a hashed network identifier for short-term homepage-check rate limiting. We do not ask for payment details or website passwords.
Retention and your choices
We use enquiry information to respond to your request and protect this service against misuse. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw a callback request, using the email above. Requests are reviewed against applicable legal requirements, including retaining minimal information needed to honour a do-not-contact request. Contact us for the applicable retention details before submitting if you require them.
No advertising tracking installed
This version does not load a Facebook pixel or analytics tracker. If advertising tracking is added later, the notice and consent controls will need to be updated first.
Private preview
This is an owner-only review version. Data handling, retention, international transfer arrangements and public-user security controls must be finalised before it is used for public advertising campaigns.
